The project operates from a "helpdesk" in Kibera with a dedicated team, acting as a central hub to connect secondary school students with diverse training opportunities and provide support in their future decision-making. Kesho Connect does not replace existing training or education providers but focuses on linking youth to opportunities across education, skills training, entrepreneurship, and employment.
